2011 Reminders
All of the below information will assist your team or your family with your trip to Annapolis this weekend. Please take the time to read below to assist making this a great weekend.
All Players Must Register
I do not see any times for teams changing. Just maybe fields. Will adjust the U13B schedule(not times) for the teams playing at Bell Branch on Saturday.
Still trying to find another U11 A team.
You know you will have the correct schedule when you print it and in the bottom right hand corner the word "Final" will appear.
We will update the Sunday Schedule as Seeding is determined by Saturday's play. All sites will have a "Scoreboard" near Info Tents.
Parking
Please follow directions of parking attendants
Parking:
Bell Branch is tight. Please carpool. Please park where directed. We do have 8 passenger golf carts to move you and/or your gear if you park away from your field. The afternoon group that plays first games at 4:00 and 5:00, coming early will not help you, coming 45 minutes before game vs. 1 hour will help you.
Crofton there are 3 different parking sites for Crofton, all are close to fields. There is NO parking at Crofton Middle School on Sunday morning.
Broadneck does not have a parking issue. Lots of space. Again we have people movers there to move you and/or your belongings from the Park to the School. Do not cross College Parkway, on foot, anywhere but from Green Holley.
We will have police at each site to assist with directing traffic.
All updates for Summer Exposure will be "tweeted" via hoganlax.com Twitter. Meaning updates on schedules, Sunday Schedule, changes due to weather, etc will be made via twitter. Become a follow and updates will be directly sent to you.

Each coach will be provided copy of the rules in his coaches gift bag.
Each field will have laminated rules.
Game Rules
Coaches Check In
Check in at site team is playing
Each coach is asked to check in at Info tent of the site his team is playing.
You will receive a NIKE bag, Game Rules, Note Pad, and most importantly 3 water bottles for your team. Use these water bottles so your team can get a drink during games. We will not have cups, only these water bottles. Coach please pick up before your first game so your players can get drinks. Each field will have water coolers with iced water.
Grilling, Cooking, etc
Not Allowed
No Griling, cooking, etc permitted at any of our sties.
We will have food vendors, J&J snow cones, and Maui Wowi at each site. Please visit them.
