Coaches Registration

I registered previously but now need to pay

This is our second year in Hershey.

Your games will be held at one location. Come to Hershey home of Hershey Park, "It's a Sweet Time." The competition will be sweet while you play on grass and turf fields. This is a 10 v 10 tournament with officials and lots of fan support.

High School- Every college coach in the country will be invited to watch you play. They will be given a mailing address brochure to contact you directly, and a roster of your team. To be included in the brochure be sure to complete the PLAYER registration form.

If full payment is received by March 1, 2010- $1,100.

After March 1, 2010- $1,200

Half fee is required to hold spot.

Full payment must be received by May 1, 2010

Please complete coaches registration and pay on-line ASAP.

For programs who create teams by age-

• U11(1999 or later)
  
• U13 (1997-98 or later Birth Year)
  
• U15 (1995-96 or later Birth Year, No one in High School 2009-2010)
  
• High School (anyone in High School 2009-2010 school year)

• U11A/B- 5th Grade Teams
  
• U13B- 6th Grade Teams
  
• U13A- 7th Grade Teams
  
• U15A/B- 8th Grade Teams

All levels will play 5 games: 3 on Saturday, 2 on Sunday.

First games on Saturday will be at 9:00 am. and 8:00 am on Sunday.
Games will end prior to Sundown. You should have time to visit the Hershey Park.

Please note the below policies of the site we are using for this tournament. We appreciate all participants understanding and supporting these policies.

No Dogs Permitted
No Grilling or Outside Food Permitted
No Parking on grass unless directed to by tournament staff.
hoganlax.com and site are not responsible for any tents, chairs, team equipment left in the site overnight.

All Teams EXCEPT U11 will play by NCAA RULES AND REGULATIONS: except pre-whistle illegal procedure on faceoff.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN NCAA AND FEDERATION OR YOUTH

• Flag down; ball becomes loose in offensive box, no whistle until ball leaves box or defense gains possession.
  
• Faceoff; No use of “set” prior to whistle.
  
• Change of Possession Offsides- Ball is re-started at location when whistle was blown.
  
• Timeouts can be called in dead ball situation or in possession in your offensive box: sideline to sideline but below restraining line.

U11-YOUTH RULES

• No counts
  
• Man up and man down
  
• Contact allowed, but not encouraged

ALL TEAMS MODIFICATIONS FOR TOURNAMENT

• 20 minute running time halves.
  
• All penalties are stop time.
  
• 2 minute half time.
  
• 1 Timeout per game per team, time stops, only last 2 minutes of game.
  
• No Horns, except in flag down situations.
  
• OT: 2:00 minute Braveheart, remains a tie if still tied
