HAWK 2012 Registration to Team

As a player of HAWKS I agree to conduct myself in a sportsman like manner at all times while representing the club. I understand and support the ideal of respecting the game of lacrosse. I will play for the HAWKS understanding that I represent myself, my teammates, the Annapolis Hawk Club, and most importantly my family.
I will:
1- Play hard always.
2- Listen, learn, and put forth effort to improve.
2- Be a good teammate.
3- Display the characteristics of a positive player.

As a parent of a HAWK player I will be supportive of my son while allowing him to play for himself: his success(es) and failure(s) will be his and his alone. I support the coaches’ decisions regarding my son. I will be a positive fan and will refrain from addressing officials before, during and after games. I will be a positive supporter of the ANNAPOLIS HAWK Lacrosse Club.
