ProMirror Analysis
The Session will feature the ProMirror Video Training System, which is a slow-motion, touch-screen analysis used by a number of major league teams including the New York Yankees. Each athlete will have their shots recorded and then undergo one-on-one instruction while reviewing the video. Players will then be directed in ways to improve through additional work with coaches.
