Registration

Complete the Player Registration for each individual lacrosse tournament. NO PAPERWORK! Mom and Dad there is not paperwork for you. However, you must read and indicate you have read the "Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity and Parental Consent AGREEMENT." It is all part of the Player Registration. All on line registrations can be found by clicking on listing to the left.

Please complete the necessary paperwork for the event(s) you wish to participate. For all Tournaments and HILL your coach, the coach of the team you are playing in the tournament or HILL for, completes a single registration form for the entire team.
